Accounts Payable Analyst - Partner Profile Management

Description

You are an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst - Partner Profile Management and are looking to join a dynamic team? Hartco is currently looking for a successful candidate who will provide leadership in the accounts payable team as part of the Shared Services group. As an accounting team member, you will be involved in a broad range of stimulating projects and will participate in different functional areas of accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to internal requests related to partners (customers/suppliers).
  • Create partner profiles, and maintain and audit the profile information regularly.
  • Process and manage user requests.
  • Build and maintain cross-reference tables linking supplier identification numbers to business units.
  • Activate new partner profiles in the various operating systems.
  • Identify necessary changes in the procedures and communicate changes.
  • Ensure that the procedures and guidelines are respected.
  • Participate in the ongoing improvement process of the business unit.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • College diploma (DEC) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, including 2 years of experience in customer support/helpdesk
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior working experience in a Shared Service environment will be an asset
  • ERP accounts payable experience would be an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Participate in special projects
  • Basic tax knowledge
  • Good knowledge of the accounts payable processes
  • Flexible to new ideas and ways of accomplishing tasks
  • Able to work in a team environment
