Description

The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all personal and professional data entry and audit functions are maintained during the parallel processing period for Harmony Project. In addition, the HR Administrator will support translation of system set-up tables and ongoing testing and review of information to ensure the validity and integrity of the HR data.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the data integrity and audit functions within the AXHR system and within the Employee Portal Career Development Portal;
  • Support testing of new and revised test scripts as Employee Portal training is developed;
  • Support the translation of all HR set up tables in AX and other training materials as necessary;
  • Coach and support HRBP’s and Regional Talent Specialists in maintaining timely and accurate data entry into the AX system;
  • Document and address recurring audit control issues with the team;
  • Promptly and professionally respond to all internal Hartco’s associate requests;
  • Ensure compliance to all Hartco’s policies and procedures in the AX System.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience,
  • Effective planning and organizational skills,
  • Excellent detail orientation,
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, with emphasis on listening, verbal and written communication capabilities,
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
  • Exposure to HRIS system(s) an asset,
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
  • Outstanding work ethic and ability to work independently.
